You might say Jane Chen has entrepreneurship in her genes. Her parents were entrepreneurs and she grew up watching the family business evolve, getting first-hand experience of management challenges and how to resolve business issues.
She has brought her life experience to her work servicing key accounts for one of the top five U.S. investment banks, as a product controller in a Japanese financial institution and as a member of a global HR consulting firm, where her work spanned industries and crossed borders in several organizational restructuring and post-M&A projects.
With fluency in English, Chinese and Japanese, Jane brings a combination of communication skills, cultural sensitivity and business experience to PFC. She specializes in diversity management, facilitation and organizational development solutions with a unique, global perspective for clients throughout Asia and beyond.
Jane graduated from the University of Warwick in the U.K. with a BS (Honors) in accounting and finance and earned her MBA from the Ross School at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is certified in MBTI & DiSC behavioral assessment tools and is a Lumina Learning Practitioner as well as a Ken Blanchard Companies certified trainer.
