A trainer and consultant with experience working for multinational corporations in China, Jenny Li provides our clients with fresh global perspectives for developing leadership and international management skills.
Her career of more than 20 years includes positions with three U.S. Fortune 500 companies: Xerox, Delphi Automotive and SPX. She worked five years at Xerox as a quality engineer, buyer and supplier development engineer and 10 years as managing director and general manager of Delphi.
As a senior Chinese profit and loss executive, she developed a solid foundation of operations experience in leading large, complex businesses and building high performing teams in China.
For example, while working for China’s Delphi Packard Electrical Systems, she was responsible for manufacturing plants in rural northern China, where she found it difficult to recruit qualified managerial talent. So she applied her skills in team management to develop and mentor her staff, enabling them to grow into successful leadership roles.
Jenny has also served as a business consultant and business partner of Sense Consulting and she is a graduate of Tsinghua University in Beijing.
