Masayuki Saito

Masayuki helps clients uncover and resolve their most pressing organizational development needs.

Since joining PFC in 2010 as a senior account manager, Masayuki Saito has focused on organizational development, corporate values education and team building. Through consulting and workshop facilitation, he helps global companies improve their performance and use their corporate values to guide the development of their people.

Prior to joining PFC, Masayuki worked for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, where he managed both domestic and overseas sales in Asia and the Middle East. He also remotely managed the production of power generators at a Mitsubishi plant in Singapore.

Through his work at a career consultancy, Masayuki supported clients with their recruitment strategies and advised candidates seeking to develop their careers. And, by spearheading the establishment of an engineer career department, he significantly expanded the range of services his firm could offer clients.

Masayuki earned a BA in anthropology from Houston University, and he is certified in Everything DiSC behavioral assessment tools. He is also a Certified Master Trainer by The Ken Blanchard Companies® in SLII, Self Leadership and Leadership Bridge (linking SLII with DiSC).
