As a bilingual trainer and consultant specializing in talent development, leadership development, and change management, Michael Glazer brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate learning, professional services and facilitation to PFC.

His varied international business experience allows him to help our clients align individual and organizational learning with business goals. Before joining People Focus Consulting, he served as the global head of technology learning at Morgan Stanley, where he ran training services so front-office employees could make the most of the firm’s technology to boost productivity and monetize work. During his tenure as the global head of learning and development at the public relations firm Burson-Marsteller, Michael focused on developing the talent the agency needed to earn a reputation as a global leader in digital and evidence-based communications.

His professional service experience includes a variety of management roles at Dell and other top IT companies where he drove rapid, profitable revenue growth and built strategic partnerships. He has provided training in a wide range of venues, from corporate leadership programs in 12 different countries to classroom instruction of cadets at the United States Air Force Academy.

Michael holds a BA from the University of North Carolina, an MA from the University of Colorado and an external coaching certificate from the Teachers College Columbia University and the Columbia University Business School. He holds a Saville Consulting International Accreditation for the Aptitude and Wave assessments and is a Lumina Learning Practitioner as well as a Ken Blanchard Companies certified trainer in Situational Leadership II, Situational Team Leadership and Leading People Through Change.
