A truly global leadership trainer and consultant, Philip Setiadi has more than 18 years of professional experience working in more than 10 countries, including a decade in regional management positions in the Asia-Pacific region. Philip’s broad international business experience in human resources and leadership training enables him to provide our clients with fresh perspectives and fully integrated approaches to people development. For PFC, he focuses on leadership coaching, facilitation, change management and global business skill development.

He has managed logistics for the largest printing company in Indonesia, and was a regional program manager for Hewlett-Packard APAC. While at DaimlerChrysler (now Daimler AG) he was responsible for after-sales regional management and technical training for the Southeast Asia region, including Korea and Taiwan. He also served as an HR consultant and learning manager at Mercer HR Consulting and as a regional HR development manager for Samsung Electronics, where he guided leadership programs for the Southeast Asia market, including Australia and New Zealand.

Philip’s multicultural, multinational experience as an independent consultant includes sales training, trainer-training, competency assessment and change management, as well as creating and facilitating leadership development programs. He has founded and managed startup marketing and trading firms or worked as a training facilitator in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Japan and Australia.

Philip earned a master’s degree in management from the University of Singapore Graduate School of Business and studied industrial engineering at the Indonesia Institute of Technology. He is certified in DiSC behavioral assessment, PDI 360 degree leadership assessment, and he is pursuing certification in World Institute for Action Learning coaching. A native of Indonesia, he is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia and has been living in Singapore since 2001
