To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 (Novel Coronavirus) and protect the health of both our employees and clients, People Focus Consulting staff will be working remotely between March 2 (Monday) – May 29 (Friday), 2020.
During the remote work period we are open for business and will conduct our work in the following way:
1. Inquiries and contacting PFC
We will be working as usual during the remote working period with only minor adjustments in how we communicate with our clients and others. For inquiries, please contact your account coordinator or relevant PFC person in charge via email or calling their mobile phone. If you cannot reach the person in charge or do not know to whom to contact, please feel free to send your inquiry via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have your account coordinator contact you and/or reply to your inquiry directly.
For all current meetings scheduled during this period and/or new meeting requests from clients, we kindly request that they be switched to a telephone or online meeting (Webex).
To minimize the health risk to our valued clients, PFC staff and Japanese society in general, we appreciate your kind understanding in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
