“An organization grows when its people grow,” is Meggie See’s motto.
With cultural awareness at the core of her approach, Meggie leads dynamic training sessions that help people overcome cultural differences and language barriers to develop supportive relationships. She pursues these goals as the only Japanese consulting partner of The Ken Blanchard Companies. She has worked there since 2000, providing training-for-trainers in both English and Japanese for a variety of companies.
Earlier in her career, Meggie employed her people-focused approach as change management consultant for Nike Japan, developing the company’s customer service center in Chiba. Her work helped to transform the athletic apparel giant’s Japan branch into a new organization with solid awareness of multicultural differences and needs.
Her graduate studies were focused on “Experimental Learning” at The School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont. She currently resides in White Salmon, Washington.
